Our stay was quite disappointing. While I appreciated that there were rooms available during a stressful time, the cleanliness and overall condition of the space left much to be desired. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but everything from the floors to the bathroom definitely needed a deep clean. The location was convenient, but the price felt unjustified for the state of the room.

I had a less than satisfactory stay at this hotel. While the room was dry after the front desk kindly switched it for me, there were issues like bugs, a moldy shower curtain, and a hard mattress. The front desk service was lacking, especially when it came to getting Wi-Fi access. The overall condition of the place felt outdated and in need of serious upgrades.
